Ingredients:
10 Medjool dates
2 tablespoons peanut butter
¼ cup chopped or crushed peanuts
½ cup dairy-free dark chocolate chunks or chocolate chips
Notes:
If you have a peanut allergy, any nut butter and nut will work as a replacement!
Sweet Potato Jack-O-Lanterns

medium sweet potatoes
olive oil (or your cooking oil, avocado, grapeseed, etc.) sea salt
Witch Guacamole Dip

Ingredients:
- ripe avocados halved and pitted
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8-ounce vegan flavored cream cheese
- 1/3 cup salsa verde
- 2 green onions, chopped
- tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- to 4 carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
- 1/2 a bag of blue tortilla chips
- small sweet pickle
- 2 sliced green bell pepper, 2 sliced yellow bell pepper, 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1 canned black olive
- 1 green pea
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients:
- Medium-sized pumpkin
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried on a clean kitchen towel
- (4 oz) 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Diamond Crystal kosher salt or ½ teaspoon fine salt (optional)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika or chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (up to ½ teaspoon if you like your food spicy)
